APA 7 Writing Guidelines for the International Journal of Social Sciences Paradigms

Dear Researchers,

The International Journal of Social Sciences Paradigms adheres to the guidelines outlined in the APA 7 (American Psychological Association, 7th edition) writing style. Please consider the following APA 7 guidelines when preparing your manuscripts:

  1. Title: The title of your manuscript should be written in 12-point Times New Roman font and centered.
  2. Abstract and Keywords: The abstract should reflect the main content of your manuscript and be between 150-250 words. Keywords should highlight significant terms and range between 5-7 words.
  3. Text Format: The text should be double-spaced, in 12-point Times New Roman font, with a justified paragraph format.
  4. Citations: In accordance with APA 7, citations within the text should include the author's surname and publication year in parentheses. References should be listed alphabetically at the end of the manuscript.
  5. Tables and Figures: Tables and figures should be numbered and titled appropriately. Each table and figure should include a source and a descriptive caption.
  6. Reference Style: The reference list should appear at the end of the manuscript under the heading "References," following the APA 7 format.
