Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine scientific research in the field of classroom management in terms of subject, method and data analysis techniques. The study was designed in the case study design, which is one of the qualitative research designs. The population of the study is 80 scientific studies in the field of classroom management. A publication classification form was used as a data collection tool. Content analysis technique was used in data analysis. As a result, it has been observed that classroom management skills and competencies and student behavior management issues are frequently examined in scientific research produced in the field of classroom management. In research in the field of classroom management, quantitative methods are mainly preferred, and qualitative and mixed methods are not used very often. On the other hand, it can be said that the majority of research is conducted at the basic education level, and fewer studies are conducted at the higher education and secondary education levels. In classroom management research, it can be recommended to conduct multidimensional and interdisciplinary studies to understand and explain the cultural, social and psychological realities of classrooms.
